We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): The BT is a paraprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the BCBA. The BT will also collect data, conduct certain types of assessments and communicate with parents on a daily basis. Learn more
Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA; Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst/BCaBA: The BCBA Supervisor works with the Clinical Director and a team of Registered Behavior Technicians to provide a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related developmental disabilities. The BCBA Supervisor is responsible for observing, assessing, and supervising the activities and service delivery of Registered Behavior Technicians and Program Managers. Learn More
Program Manager: Program Managers are individuals who are in or have completed coursework in Behavior Analysis and are within 6 months of sitting for the BCBA exam. Program Managers are supervisory positions in which the manager works under the direct supervision of a BCBA to learn the supervisory functions needed in the BCBA position.
